Popeye The Sailor Man, cartoon character was smarter tab most of us gave him credit for. Why? Because he was a “spinach” eating machine. As it is shown below spinach is one of the best vegetables we can consume in the form of a natural juice. When combined with carrot juice it will start to heal the body from many diseases, even cancer.

Remember Popeye and Olive Oyl his girl friend? Robin Williams even made a movie about him some years ago. Elzie Segar created this cartoon character in 1929. Who knows why Mr. Segar chose to make this muscled character a spinach eating machine.

Maybe it was because “spinach” is the most vital food for the entire digestive tract, both the alimentary section of the body (the stomach, duodenum, and small intestine) and for the large intestine or colon, and this has been the case for as long as man had the ability to analyze the digestive system of a human being.

In raw spinach, nature has furnished man with the finest organic material for the cleansing, reconstruction, and regeneration of the intestinal tract.

Skin conditions are very difficult to treat. Whether they are caused from an internal failure of the immune system or are caused by the environment or the sun, still leaves the person with a decision on what method to treat the condition. IBC (inflammatory breast cancer) may be something you have not heard of before, but now is the time to learn about how to detect IBC and the steps necessary to decide on treatment.
